Andrew C. Jean Narcisse Djaha is the founding President, Chairman of The Board of Directors and a Distinguished fellow at the African Council on Foreign Relations, a world-renowned global African affairs think tank dedicated to advancing Africa’s competitiveness and political and economic interests on the international stage. In 2025, he was named inaugural Global CEO and Trustee of Globally TED, a project of the African Council on Foreign Relations to inspire innovations solutions in Africa, and the African diasporas.

He is the Chairman of Bouake Council on Global Affairs, a leading international public-
private partnership and cooperation platform committed to reimagining better economic relations
between Bouake and the rest of the world. He is also the President of Réseau des Producteurs Agricole de Djebonoua, a nonprofit organization to support farmers and the agricultural sector in Djebonoua.
